CCHP is a San Francisco based health plan that has been serving the Bay Area community since 1986. CCHP contracts with over 250 physicians who are affiliated with the Chinese Community Health Care Association, our medical group. These primary care and specialist physicians have offices throughout San Francisco and northern San Mateo County.
